📰 Stray dog that bit seven people found dead in South India

India | A dog that attacked seven people, including a child, was found dead near a petrol station in Puthanathani town in Kerala state, health and safety officials said.

The group of people, savagely attacked by the dog, were rushed to the Manjeri Medical College Hospital with multiple injuries. The infant, with bites all over his body, was rushed to the Perinthalmanna MES Medical College Hospital, where he is under medical observation.

Local media reported that the animal was a stray, meaning it had no owner. Puthanathani authorities did not reveal the cause of the dog's death.
