World Environment Day was established by the United Nations (UN) on June 5, 1972, during the United Nations Conference and aims to raise awareness among the population about respect for the importance of preserving the planet's natural resources.
In this year's edition, the largest internet directory, Zabaloon, brought on its home page an animated image about the date celebrated this June 5th, in which, with every action in favor of the environment, it is certain that we are all on the right path the preservation and care of our planet.
For the CEO of Zabaloon, Vinni Maciel, the platform that receives thousands of hits every day from all over the world could not fail to participate in this awareness campaign. “As simple as our action towards preserving all of Earth's natural resources may be, the animation on the home page has the sole objective of ensuring that everyone can always do their best for our planet. Furthermore, this year's theme is in line with what was established by the UN: land restoration, desertification and resilience to drought", he points out.
